It seems Deccan 360 had gone to dogs.  Once the vendors/franchise started some strike nobody in the company is trying to look into the problems faced by the customers.  It is more than 10 days now what happens to valuable consignments of vasrious customers stranded at various ;ocation?

Appaling service and not-so-helpful customer care team. I'm waiting for a parcel since Monday and all they can do is just lie. They asked me to wait at home on Monday and Tuesday, but they didn't turn up. When I've called the team now, they say they can only deliver between 8AM - 1PM, not later than that and couldn't locate my parcel. Crap!!! What should I do now?

I think he a very poor businessman. He ran an a budget airline for a few years at a loss of Rs 1cr a day! But yet he himself made money as his assets grew as indicated by his declaration at the time of the last election. It is possible that one can make money even in a losing Company. It will not be long before his Deccan 360 will become a reliance Co and he will walk out making a cool packet again as he did when he sold Deccan Airways to KIngfisher. He certainly owes allegiance to a political part who helped him start his first venture! When will his real business acumen blow up on his face? He has shown that money can be made even in a losing airline business as long as one keeps buying airplanes on lease or any other basis. Can one see the catch? source is rediff

Hyderabad Delivery  - Deccan They couldn't find the address of a BIG company with 7000 plus employees situated in IT hub Hyderabad. Even a 5 year old kid would know in Hyderabad. After I called then they said that address is wrong/contact no is wrong. Ok I give them all the correct details and still it has been more then 5 days and still they couldn't deliver the courier from their local office. Their website has a funny Contact no for their local office 040 - 23456789. I somehow managed to get the actual contact no. But after calling them for 15 times no one has answered even once. Not impressed sent to Mumbai PIN code 400604 Had no entry in the database when enquired through customer care and even tracked ,hence had to call the old Airport Road branch from were i had booked the consignment .A person named recieved the call when asking regarding the consignment answered rudely and cut the call.I here by request the concerned person to take action regarding this issue and solve my problem as soon as possible.
